Sydney-based hospitality group House Made has confirmed it will open three new concepts in Surry Hills next year.

The venues will launch in the Wunderlich Lane precinct on the corner of Baptist and Cleveland Streets, a newly developed village that will feature a boutique hotel, supermarket, fresh food stores, and a range of food and beverage outlets at its completion.

House Made’s additions will cover a restaurant, all-day cafe/wine bar, and a cocktail bar which will all be located inside the former Bank of NSW heritage building and highlight Asian cuisine.

“We prefer sites that offer numerous opportunities to engage with guests on a daily or weekly basis and we feel this collection of venues within Wunderlich Lane will appeal to locals as well as destination diners and drinkers for various experiences,” says Scott Brown, director.

“We like that it’s a pocket of Surry Hills that hasn’t had a lot of attention for a while and look forward to breathing some life back into it.”

The venues are slated to open in spring next year, joining House Made’s growing portfolio of Hinchcliff House, Bar Mammoni, This Way Canteen, Promenade Bondi Beach, Easy Tiger, Martinez, and The Carrington.
