Inspired by its picturesque surroundings on the cliffs of Mawgan Porth, Bedruthan Hotel and Spa is thrilled to announce the opening of its new artisanal Bakery at Bedruthan. The bakery aims to build a community through food, bringing guests and locals together. Serving traditional Cornish treats with imaginative twists, the bakery offers freshly baked pastries, a daily selection of artisan bread and celebratory cakes available to pre-order.
The new bakery also offers hands-on workshops, bread and butter tastings and seasonally inspired cookery classes, inviting visitors to learn new skills and fall in love with the art of baking. Led by Bedruthan’s Head Pastry Chef Georgia Mugford, the team are proud to offer sweet treats that change daily depending on available produce, from a pear and pecan Danish to vegan cinnamon rolls or a classic pain au chocolat.
Savoury delights include products ranging from a honey & oat bloomer, white sourdough and pumpkin tin loaf. A milkshake menu and deli-style salads will also be available.
